Terms of Service
Last updated: July 15, 2026
These Terms govern the use of cesarmendez.dev and the products and projects operated under Méndez Labs. They are general (umbrella) terms; each product may have its own specific terms that govern that product and, where applicable, prevail. By using our services, you accept these terms.
1. Who we are
The services are offered by Méndez Labs, a brand operated by César Francisco Méndez García, an individual with business activity (the “Operator”, “we”). You can contact us at cesarfmg58@gmail.com.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or using our sites and products, you represent that you have the legal capacity to accept these terms and that you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the services in accordance with the law and these terms, without infringing third-party rights, attempting unauthorized access, or engaging in fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity.
4. Accounts
Some products require an account. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for activity under your account.
5. Payments, subscriptions and refunds
Where a product is paid, charges are processed through Stripe. Prices, billing cycles, automatic renewals, cancellations and the applicable refund policy are detailed on each product at the time of purchase. Unless applicable law or the product's specific terms provide otherwise, payments are non-refundable once the service has been delivered. You may cancel a subscription to prevent future renewals.
6. Intellectual property
The software, trademarks, logos, design and content of Méndez Labs and its products belong to the Operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You are granted no rights other than the limited use needed to use the service.
7. User content
If a product lets you upload or generate content, you keep your rights to it and grant us a limited license to operate the service. You are responsible for the content you provide and for holding the necessary rights.
8. Third-party services
Our services may integrate or link to third-party services (for example, Stripe, Google, AI providers). Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
9. Disclaimer
The services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the services.
11. Indemnification
You agree to hold the Operator harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the services or your breach of these terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if needed to protect the service or other users.
13. The Academy: subscriptions, community and content
The Méndez Labs Academy is an educational product. Its content is for learning purposes and is not financial, legal or investment advice, and does not guarantee results, income or employment. Your results depend on your own work.
- Subscriptions: paid plans (Builder, Founder, Mentorship) are billed in advance and renew automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us; you keep access until the end of the period already paid.
- Founder price: the locked-in Founder price is a benefit for early students and holds as long as your subscription stays active without interruption.
- Refunds: unless applicable law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable once the period has started; we review individual cases in good faith.
- Payments: processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also accept its terms. We do not store your card details.
- Community: by posting in the forum and comments you agree to be respectful; harassment, spam, illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights are prohibited. We may moderate or remove content and suspend accounts that breach these rules.
- Your content: you keep ownership of what you post and grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the platform.
- Our content: courses, texts, videos and materials are owned by the Operator and licensed to you for personal use; you may not resell, redistribute or share your access.
- Account: you are responsible for the security of your account and for activity carried out with it.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Autlán de Navarro, Jalisco, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version will be posted on this page with its update date; continued use means acceptance.
